All orders are handcrafted by myself and can take 5-7 days to complete from the date you place the order, during buy periods this could take up to 10days. Orders will then be posted out to you by Royal Mail 1st class post.

The small frames are 21cm x 21cm and large frames are 28.8cm x 28.8cm.

Some of the scrabble frames with a mount are 23cm x 23cm.

At Crafts by BC we are always looking to create new designs so if you are looking for something different than what you see please send us a message and we can discuss your ideas and put something together.

Crafts by BC accept payments via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. You can use a debit/credit card to pay as you would with any other payment gateway for an internet purchase. PayPal is a very secure method of payment, using SSL technology to encrypt all information and I never see any bank or card details.

I will always try my best to get an order done earlier if needed but please contact me before ordering if a specific date is imperative so that I can advise if this is possible.

All our Items are posted by either Royal Mail and you will asked to select 1st or 2nd Class. Postage and packaging prices are as follows:

Small Frames: 1st Class - £4.00 - 2nd Class - £3.75

Large Frame: 1st Class - £5.50 - 2nd Class - £3.75

Baubles: 1st Class - £4.00 - 2nd Class - £3.75

Christmas Eve Boxes: 1st Class: £9.50 - 2nd Class - £6.50

We send our products packaged to minimise damage during the shipping process.

If you are local to Macclesfield or Haslington, collection can be arranged. Please message me in regards to this. A message will be sent to you when the item is ready to collect and we can arrange this.

Please be aware that once your parcel has been handed to the Royal Mail I have no control over timescale of delivery. You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been posted so you will know when it is on its way.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, taking a photo of the damage if possible, and I will send out a replacement.
