By placing an order with Crafts by BC you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. 

 

All of the items are handmade by myself and each item may vary in small details. One of the most beautiful things about the art at Crafts by BC is that it's not always perfect! Natural materials have holes, scratches, chips, deformations, all caused by nature and we think that's what makes it so beautiful and special.

​I will personalise the items exactly as they are requested so please double check that all spellings and details are correct before placing the order.  

  

Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch during busy periods, although I usually manage to post out after 5-7 days.  I will notify you once your order is ready to be dispatched. 

 

If you require an item sooner, please send me an email before making the purchase to check this will be ok but I will always try my best to fulfil this request. 

 

After you have placed an order you will receive confirmation to say I have received your order. A proof of your order will be sent to you before it is glued down. 

 

I may use a photograph of your personalised item on my website, to show designs of the wording and decoration available.  If you would rather not have your item shown on my website, please let me know by sending me a message via the contacts page. 

 

All items are handcrafted to order and therefore cannot be refunded or replaced unless faulty or damaged.

Crafts by BC does not collect personally identifiable information on our website, such as your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number, without your knowledge. Such information is collected only when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it to us (as, for example, when you contact us via e-mail). Crafts by BC uses such voluntarily submitted information for the purposes for which it was submitted. 
The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction.

 

WE USE COOKIES

Cookies allow Crafts by BC to remember you. If we didn't use cookies you would have to enter your details each time you visited. If you really prefer not to use cookies you can set your browser preferences to not accept cookies. Most websites however, including Crafts by BC, require cookies to process your orders.
