SHIPPING POLICY
All our Items are posted by either Royal Mail and you will asked to select 1st or 2nd Class. Postage and packaging prices are as follows:
Small Frames: 1st Class - £4.00 - 2nd Class - £3.75
Large Frame: 1st Class - £5.50 - 2nd Class - £3.75
Baubles: 1st Class - £4.00 - 2nd Class - £3.75
Christmas Eve Boxes: 1st Class: £9.50 - 2nd Class - £6.50

We send our products packaged to minimise damage during the shipping process.

If you are local to Macclesfield or Haslington, collection can be arranged. Please message me in regards to this. A message will be sent to you when the item is ready to collect and we can arrange this.
damaged and faulty goods
If the item is damaged, please send me an email with a picture of the damaged product and I will arrange for a replacement. If in the unlikely event I make a spelling error again please message me on receipt of the order and I will get a replacement out as soon as possible.
