Please state in the Personalised Criteria box the full details of how you would like your Christmas Bauble. This includes name, colour of text, any other relevant text, colour of feather (Blue/Pink) dates etc. Custom colours maybe available, please send me an email after completing your order for your colour request and I will confirm whether this is available.
Please take time to ensure the spelling of the wording you order is correct as with so many different ways to spell names, we will simply customize your frame with the names and words you have noted.

One of the most beautiful things about the art at Crafts by BC is that it's not always perfect! Natural materials have holes, scratches, chips, deformations, all caused by nature and we think that's what makes it so beautiful and special.
A proof will always be sent to you of your design for your feedback and any necessary changes.
No returns or refunds accepted unless damaged.
Order times and completion will vary from 5 -7 days plus time for postage.
All our Items are posted by either Royal Mail and you will asked to select 1st or 2nd Class. Postage and packaging prices are as follows:
Small Frames: 1st Class - £4.00 - 2nd Class - £3.75
Large Frame: 1st Class - £5.50 - 2nd Class - £3.75
Baubles: 1st Class - £4.00 - 2nd Class - £3.75
Christmas Eve Boxes: 1st Class: £9.50 - 2nd Class - £6.50
We send our products packaged to minimise damage during the shipping process.
If you are local to Macclesfield or Haslington, collection can be arranged. Please message me in regards to this. A message will be sent to you when the item is ready to collect and we can arrange this.
